The Congratulations Project is an initiative where adults with Down syndrome write letters to new and expecting parents of a baby with a Down syndrome diagnosis. These letters are designed to inspire, encourage, welcome and, most importantly, congratulate new families. They all begin with the same, simple message: Congratulations.
